Process

An ONEDAY 1:1 begins after a non-binding telephone conversation in which the goal of the process, the coach, the economic side and a good date are clarified. And includes the following five elements:

  • Preliminary meeting with getting to know each other, first coaching input, order clarification, route selection and appointment.
  • Preparation tasks and first behavioral experiment.
  • Personally designed day trip with solution-oriented coaching, nature experience and sustainable "magic moments". In addition, a practical plan for implementation.
  • Follow-up tasks and nudges.
  • Final meeting about 100 days later to analyze, celebrate and stabilize from new behavior.

Real teamwork is only feasible together and therefore only improvable together. Our team format takes place in nature and in all seasons; whether it's a hike with a long view, a trip on a sailing ship with a professional skipper, or a small adventure that fits them, their team and theme - we have ideas and openness to their goals and possibilities.

Process

An ONEDAY team includes the following five steps in addition to a non-binding clarification of the assignment with the client:

  • Preliminary discussion with the entire team
  • A written invitation with preparatory tasks individually and as a team.
  • An ONEDAY in nature (also well and good with arrival the evening before), a plan for implementation (different options for transfer into practice) and common experiences and pictures.
  • A joint follow-up discussion with the team.
  • A final discussion with the client.

This means that on a Walk & Work day there is a space for documenting - as a «base camp» for securing insights and there are walks for fresh ideas, new perspectives and also completely new insights on the topic and its implementation.

In addition to a good clarification of the assignment, a ONEDAY Walk & Work consists of:

  • Analysis and understanding of the actual situation and the way to get there
  • Process accelerating preparatory work
  • Invitation with preparatory questions to all participants, so that the process starts as early as possible and all are activated.
  • Powerful and solution-oriented working days with fresh insights.
  • A tangible working document and reminder of the day
  • Follow-up meeting with the client and key people for implementation.
