Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law (B.Sc.) and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Human Resources. With her strong sense for the bigger picture, she supports our guides with great dedication in their daily work, creating space for meaningful ONEDAY experiences. For Lisa, the relationship with our guests is always at the heart of what she does – with care and attention to detail, she takes responsibility from A to Z to ensure every ONEDAY moment is impactful and lasting.

In addition to her guest-facing role, Lisa also supports our internal team on HR matters and actively contributes to building and developing ONEDAY in her role as an organizational developer.

In her free time, Lisa loves to be outdoors – whether flying through the air with her paraglider, hiking on foot, or heading off on ski and mountain tours in the Alps.

My Magic Moment

On foot and in the air – across Switzerland. My goal: to connect the place I live today with the village where I grew up – by Hike & Fly.

After several exhausting days with a heavy backpack and not-so-long flights, we finally reached the village of my childhood.

The moment I took off from a hill and flew all the way into the village – after a week of hiking and flying – was indescribable. Especially because the whole project nearly failed just hours after we started, as the flying conditions were much more challenging than expected.

That moment showed me: even dreams that feel too big are possible – if we have the courage to take the first step.
