Mark is an engineer who’s also studied business administration (Executive MBA) and psychology (coaching, supervision, and organizational consultation). He set up the consultancy Lemon Consult AG and has gained valuable experience across a variety of roles.
In all the positions he has held, he sees people as the key success factor. When you’re out and about with him, you can sense that he feels at home in nature and uses its inherent diversity to bolster his clients’ resources.

Mein Magic Moment
Out in the wild Val Mingèr in the Swiss National Park, I like to observe wild animals. Filled with anticipation, I look through my binoculars time and again as I follow the path, watching the slopes below the Piz dals Cotschens and the Piz Foraz and discover ... absolutely nothing.
So I sit on a rock and take a sip of tea – and slowly, a sense of calm washes over me. And suddenly, there they are! I can now see the flocks of geese and all the deer, who I’m sure must have been grazing here before. I’m thrilled to be able to witness such a stunning sight.
It dawns on me that you can only see what’s really important when you take the time to do so. That’s why I always take time into account during my workday as a guide and leader, so that I can look at situations, some of them complex, in a quiet space and draw my conclusions.
