Pius Kobler

„Culture eats strategy for breakfast.“

– Peter F. Drucker

Work

Pius originally trained as a mechanical engineer at ETH and worked in product development. What began as a personal challenge—finding a solution for his tubeless mountain bike tires—led to the founding of an internationally active company.
His journey as an innovator and entrepreneur is complemented by solid training as a Trigon organizational developer and solution-focused coach. This unique combination enables him to support individuals and teams in complex situations and help them develop new perspectives.
With his enthusiasm and optimism, he inspires others and is eager to share both in order to support you, your team, or your organization on your path of development.

My Magic Moment

It’s already dark, bitterly cold, and we’ve climbed 2,700 meters of elevation on our fully loaded recumbent bikes. At 4,300 meters above sea level, in the freezing Peruvian air, we’re forced to stop—not from exhaustion, but because we’re shivering so hard that we need to eat chocolate just to get some sugar into our system.
We still have to make it to Cerro de Pasco, as we don’t have enough food with us. But our minds stay clear, our will remains strong. And so, we push on.
That moment showed me: the body is capable of more than we think—if the mind stays positive.
It’s a lesson that has stayed with me to this day.
